Orders are accepted by phone, mail, fax, or internet. Our well-trained office staff will take your phone orders and inquiries during our regular business hours:

After hours, you can leave your order on our answering machine. The necessary information includes your name, address, phone number,  credit card number (Visa or Mastercard only) including expiration date, the product, size, and potency or strength. Or you can leave your number and we will get back to you.

PAYMENT METHODS

The Nutrition Education and Consulting Service accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover (Discover can only be used for internet purchases). For non-internet purchases a money order made payable to NECS mailed with your order is also acceptable. It is best to call and verify the total amount including shipping before sending a money order.

Orders originating outside the United States must be paid for by credit card or certified funds payable in US Dollars only.

All shipments within the U.S. will be sent Priority or First-Class mail through the US Postal Service.  Our shipping rates are listed below. We offer FREE SHIPPING within the U.S. on orders of $150 or more.

BACK ORDERS

There are occasions when we may be temporarily out of stock for certain items. Normally out-of-stock items are expected to arrive within one or two days, in which case we will hold the entire order until we can ship all items together in one package. In the event we expect a longer lead time, we will only charge you for the items shipped at that time. Any remaining items will be shipped to you as soon as available and at no extra shipping charge.

GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES & RETURNS

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is a problem with your order or any of the products you receive from us, please let us know as soon as possible. Should you change your mind about keeping an unopened and resellable product, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, credit, or exchange less a 20% restocking fee.

For all returns, you must first call our office to make arrangements for the return.
